As part of Sinematek/Sinema Evi’s regular program Silent Thursday, from April to July, two silent films from the Jazz Era—when jazz music and culture left an indelible mark on the United States in the 1920s and 1930s—will be screened with live musical accompaniment. 

In this program, sponsored by Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi, pianist and composer Ayşe Tütüncü accompanies Circe the Enchantress, while saxophonist Barış Ertürk accompanies Saxophon Susy.
